Requirements:

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager (Vietnamese restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and UAE regulations
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours
