We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Abu Dhabi branches. The ideal candidate will have extensive management experience in the F&B industry and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to set goals and drive the overall success of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry (minimum of 5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive dining experience.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and financial management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
