Restaurant Manager

Grill Avenue is a cozy neighborhood eatery located in the Marina, serving international comfort food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a Store Manager who can lead daily operations, ensure outstanding guest experience, and manage a small, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency with brand standards.
  • Handle cash management, daily sales reports, inventory counts, and ordering.
  • Optimize labor and food cost to meet monthly targets.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
  • Work closely with the owner/management on promotions, menu updates, and store improvements.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning and coordinate maintenance when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisory or Manager position in F&B.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Dubai F&B operations, including basic municipality and DCD requirements.
  • Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (POS, Excel, email).
  • Must be available for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
