Full job description

To oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the Peacock Restaurant, LalVera Coffee Shop, The Wok Restaurant, and Room Service.

The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

•Supervise and coordinate activities between Peacock Restaurant, LalVera Coffee Shop, The Wok Restaurant (buffet lunch & dinner), and Room Service.

•Monitor and manage staff performance, grooming standards, and service consistency.

•Conduct regular briefings, on-the-job training, and performance reviews to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.

•Oversee menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and service flow to maximize revenue.

•Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

•Manage administrative duties including scheduling, inventory control, daily reports, and cost monitoring.

•Liaise with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to ensure menu execution, promotions, and guest feedback are effectively managed.

•Maintain excellent communication and coordination between service, culinary, and stewarding teams.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent in a 4/5-star hotel environment.

•Strong leadership, organizational, and guest relations skills.

•Hands-on approach with attention to detail and team motivation.

•Excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office, POS systems).
