Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
  • Control costs and monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relations.
  • Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism.
  • Support marketing activities, events, and promotions.
  • Prepare and analyze sales and expense reports to achieve business targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the UAE.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and personal car (mandatory).
  • Proficient in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
