  • Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff; provide feedback and support to maintain high service standards.
  • Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer experiences, handle complaints professionally, and gather feedback to improve service.
  • Food Safety & Compliance:Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, food safety, and labor regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work Environment:Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere, leading by example and implementing company policies.
  • Leadership & Communication:Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong ability to manage schedules, inventory, finances, and daily operations efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving:Quick and effective at resolving high-pressure situations and customer complaints.
  • Technical Skills:Competency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
  • Passion for Hospitality:A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and managing a restaurant.
  • Experience:A proven track record in restaurant management or equivalent experience.
