Full job description

Restaurant Manager manages all restaurant operations including staff supervision, guest service, training, and administrative duties. Provides oversight of dining room, kitchen, bar, auxiliary service areas, day tours, and special functions. Role Description

  • Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
  • Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback
  • Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs
  • Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts
  • Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
  • Ensure company policy and Brand Equity Standards are followed;
  • Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs;
  • Oversee and supervise all beverage purchasing

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
