Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our dynamic restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in the restaurant with hands-on experience in payroll, staff management, employee engagement, and in-house recruitment. Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR functions within the restaurant including payroll, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, hiring based on staffing shortages and operational needs.
- Manage employee files, attendance records, and ensure timely processing of salaries and benefits.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing effective employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff on HR policies and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career development planning.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with legal standards.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Stay updated with labor laws and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance.
Requirements:
- Male candidate (as per the operational requirement).
- Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in the restaurant industry in India, Dubai or any overseas country.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll systems, and HR practices.
- Strong experience in recruitment, especially in-house hiring based on manpower needs.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and diverse workforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
