Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Hostess / Reservation to join our pre-opening team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional welcome experience while efficiently managing reservations and event inquiries. A background in hospitality, events, or guest relations within restaurants or hotels is highly preferred

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

· Manage table reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.

· Coordinate with the operations and events team for private bookings and art exhibitions.

· Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about menu, promotions, and upcoming events.

· Support in organizing and promoting in-house events and exhibitions.

· Maintain an updated guest database and ensure a personalized experience for repeat visitors.

· Communicate efficiently with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow.

· Uphold company standards in grooming, guest interaction, and service quality.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Hostess, Reservation Agent, or Guest Relations Executive in a restaurant, café, or hotel.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and engaging personality.

· Knowledge and experience in handling events, private bookings, or art exhibitions is an advantage.

· Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Kyrgyz, and Uzbek are highly preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Familiarity with reservation software and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
