Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai restaurants or hospitality venues
• Strong Excel skills (tracking, reservations, reporting)
• Proven experience using CRM systems
• Excellent attitude – professional, calm, guest-focused
• Able to work outdoors for long hours (heat, sun, standing)
• Confident communicator with guests and team
• Well-groomed, presentable, and organized

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage guest reservations and walk-ins
• Handle CRM and guest data accurately
• Coordinate with FOH team to ensure smooth seating flow
• Deliver a high-level first impression and guest experience
• Maintain professionalism under pressure
