The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression. She greets guests warmly, manages reservations and seating, and ensures smooth communication between guests and the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests politely and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus when required
- Coordinate with waiters and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area
- Handle guest inquiries and assist with basic information
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to at all times
