About Us:
We are looking for an experienced Hostess to join our team in our Fine Dining Restaurant located in Souq Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
• Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area.
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates to guests and assist with seating arrangements.
• Respond to guest inquiries about menu offerings and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Hostess in the UAE, preferably in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
