What you will do

  • Remain visible and hands-on during service, supporting the team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Set the standard through active participation and consistent service leadership.
  • Contribute to the F&B marketing plan and assist with promotions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate on menu mix and drive up-selling initiatives to boost revenue.
  • Create personalized experiences and maintain strong relationships with regular guests.
  • Train and mentor team members in line with Forbes and LQA guidelines, ensuring consistent delivery of refined, personalized, and anticipatory service.

What you bring

  • 4 – 5 years of relevant experience in a 5 star luxury hotels in a same role.
  • Understanding of Mediterranean food and beverage offerings, cultural significance, and menu presentation.
  • Business acumen, well developed guest PR skills and personal flair.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and control budgets and operational costs.
  • Strong grasp of profit & loss statements, revenue drivers, and cost control strategies.
  • Ability to maintain high service and food quality aligned with brand identity.
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams with cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness.
  • Skilled in handling interpersonal issues diplomatically and constructively.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent shifts in priorities. Keen eye for service, ambiance, cleanliness, and guest cues.
