Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, preparing hot and cold drinks and smoothies, ensuring smooth communication with customers and the kitchen staff, and managing incoming delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Clear and set tables accordingly
  • Keep the area clean and organized
  • Give receipts to customers and take payments
  • Manage delivery orders in our POS system and for Talabat/Deliveroo
  • Prepare beverages (including coffee and matcha art)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Food & beverage and food service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and a team player
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
