Position: Restaurant Branch Manager

Job Description:

The Restaurant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant branch, ensuring efficient service, profitability, and high guest satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Achieve sales targets, control costs, and manage budgets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for operational updates and reports.
  • Plan staff schedules and manage attendance and performance.
  • Support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency at the branch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
