  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest arrival experience.
  • Resolve any reservation-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor booking trends and provide reports to support revenue management strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reservations, sales, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
