We are looking for a highly proactive Reservations Assistant for our team in providing our guests with the best service in the industry. We’re looking for a dedicated applicant to join our team and help ensure our guests have a seamless experience from booking to departure.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and process reservations for guests across various platforms.

· Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, emails, and online inquiries related to bookings.

· Ensure accurate and timely input of reservation details into our system.

· Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met during their trips.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns with tact and discretion.
  • 1 year of relevant experience
