What is your role:

• Has a positive attitude and delivers consistently 100% customer satisfaction by providing an amazing and great experience of their stay.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation that aiming provide accommodation for all kinds of guest. (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and all booking platform. Replying to all AIRBNB messages as well as other online portals.
• Create the listings in Dubizzle, Bayut and Property finder etc
• Keep updating all the listings on daily basis and keep a record for all the leads
• Updating the monthly calendar (availability of units, maintenance or renovation works required.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• To contribute and play a major role in the holiday homes expansion by adding more properties under short-term rentals, getting more clients for short-term rentals, and monitoring the price competition in the market.

• Strong understanding of the UAE property market

• Experience in Holiday Homes is required
