Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent cum Telephone Operator at Palma Beach Resort & Spa in Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Reservations Agent cum Telephone Operator will be responsible for handling phone calls, and room reservations, providing exceptional customer service, conducting receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with guests.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• PMS-Opera knowledge
• OTA’s (Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda etc.) extranet knowledge
• Proficiency in guest service duties
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry

Salary: AED 1500 plus service charge
