Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Reservations Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is open to female candidates of any nationality. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, making room reservations, and providing outstanding service to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide information regarding hotel rates, facilities, and available rooms.
  • Ensure accurate entry of reservations into the system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to guest reservations.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Qualifications:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
