Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring an experienced Air Ticketing Executive to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in airline ticketing operations, demonstrate proficiency in GDS systems, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing end-to-end reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of IATA rules, regulations, and industry standards.

Hands-on experience with GDS platforms, including Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.

Mandatory expertise in Sabre ticketing system.

Ability to create, amend, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) efficiently.

Proven experience in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.

Strong understanding of BSP reports, refund procedures, and related documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
