Full job description
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front office by providing professional and friendly service to all guests, handling check-ins/outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest needs promptly.
Guest Handling
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Reservation Management
- Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person.
- Update room availability and rates in the Hotel Management System.
Cashiering and Billing
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Balance cash and credit transactions at the end of the shift.
Communication
- Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.
Guest Complaint Resolution
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Front Office Supervisor.
Must have kanowledge about Reservation
English is must. Arabic Language is a plus. Female or male.
