Full job description
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms, or in person.
- Process and confirm individual and group reservations.
- Input reservations accurately into the Property Management System (PMS) or booking software.
- Manage room availability and allocation according to business demands.
- Coordinate with front office, sales, and housekeeping to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Monitor and manage overbooking and no-shows.
- Provide detailed information about the property, amenities, pricing, and policies.
- Upsell higher-category rooms and services when appropriate to maximize revenue.
- Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reservation and occupancy reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding bookings and payments.
