Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest reservations and inquiries in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the reservation process
- Confirm reservations and communicate any special requests to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
- Assist with resolving any booking discrepancies or issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Prior experience in guest services is a plus
