Full job description
- Handle reservation requests via phone, email, online systems, or in person
- Accurately enter, update, and manage bookings in the reservation system
- Provide information about room types, rates, availability, promotions, and hotel services
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests
- Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services when appropriate
- Maintain detailed and accurate guest records
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, and Housekeeping departments
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
