Reservation Agent

Full job description

  • Handle reservation requests via phone, email, online systems, or in person
  • Accurately enter, update, and manage bookings in the reservation system
  • Provide information about room types, rates, availability, promotions, and hotel services
  • Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as requested by guests
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain detailed and accurate guest records
  • Coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, and Housekeeping departments
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
