- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Driving license and access to a car is mandatory

- Handle rental enquiries and conduct property viewings across Dubai
- Proactively source and acquire new rental listings
- Build your portfolio by networking with landlords, tenants, and other agents
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Manage property listings and client leads using our CRM system
- Negotiate rental terms and close tenancy agreements
