Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Relationship Manager to manage client relationships and support sales activities for our real estate development projects. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and driving sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, buyers, investors, and channel brokers.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable residential or commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and handover.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales reports using CRM systems.
  • Handle client negotiations and post-sales relationship management.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management (developer or brokerage experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-driven with a client-centric approach.
  • Can join immediately
