Get Swipe Machine is hiring a Relationship Manager for a field based role focused on building, managing, and growing merchant relationships. This position involves outdoor visits, onboarding new merchants, maintaining existing accounts, and driving business growth through strong on ground presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit merchants on the field to build and maintain long term business relationships
• Onboard new merchants for POS machines and card payment solutions
• Manage assigned merchant accounts and ensure ongoing service satisfaction
• Act as the primary contact point for merchants for coordination, support, and follow ups
• Identify opportunities to increase transaction volumes, upsell services, and retain merchants
• Monitor merchant activity and report performance or risk indicators to management
• Achieve assigned targets related to onboarding, retention, and business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in outdoor sales, relationship management, or field sales
• Experience in POS, merchant acquiring, banking, fintech, or payments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target oriented and comfortable with outdoor, field based work
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Own car is an added advantage
