Full job description

Nurse on call Responsibilities:

  • Traveling to patients’ homes, hotels, and managing their treatment according to physicians’ instructions.
  • Administering intravenous medication, and provide information to patients about steps of any procedure.
  • Inspecting wounds, changing dressings.
  • Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
  • Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.
  • Monitoring patient recovery and reporting news to the physician.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and seminars as required.
  • Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.

Nurse on call requirements:

  • DHA license is a must.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Tagalog Speaking is Preferred.
  • 3-5 Years of experience in same role, or ICU role in UAE.
  • A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Excellent medical records writing skills.
  • Active listening skills and empathy.
