Full job description
Nurse on call Responsibilities:
- Traveling to patients’ homes, hotels, and managing their treatment according to physicians’ instructions.
- Administering intravenous medication, and provide information to patients about steps of any procedure.
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings.
- Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.
- Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.
- Monitoring patient recovery and reporting news to the physician.
- Keeping abreast of developments in healthcare and attending workshops and seminars as required.
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.
Nurse on call requirements:
- DHA license is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Tagalog Speaking is Preferred.
- 3-5 Years of experience in same role, or ICU role in UAE.
- A completed apprenticeship or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills are a must.
- Excellent medical records writing skills.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
