Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our in-house recruitment team and support our group’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Create and post job descriptions that align with business needs and employer brand standards.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles across the group.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager and department heads on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and data protection regulations.
