Full job description
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Officer to join our in-house recruitment team and support our group’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
- Create and post job descriptions that align with business needs and employer brand standards.
- Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles across the group.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Manager and department heads on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
- Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and data protection regulations.
