We are currently looking for Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidates:

• Preferably with experience in fashion retail industry and real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
