About Us
We are a leading Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in property sales and leasing across prime communities. We are looking for a presentable and professional Receptionist/Tele caller to manage our front desk operations, assist with daily office coordination, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors while maintaining a warm, professional reception environment
  • Serve refreshments and prepare meeting rooms before and after appointments
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general office inquiries
  • Manage office opening/closing, cleanliness, and supplies
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams
  • Maintain staff attendance and assist with onboarding procedures
  • Perform tele calling tasks when required, including lead follow-up and basic client qualification

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or admin role (Real Estate experience Required)
  • Experience as a tele caller or handling high-volume calls
  • Excellent communication skills with strong confidence in client interaction
  • Well-presented, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English
