Front Desk Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and general information about our services.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
Communication:
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
- Distribute internal communications and announcements as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
