Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling mail.

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and general information about our services.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.

Communication:

  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
  • Distribute internal communications and announcements as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
