Position Overview:
Fluent in Arabic and English, The Secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the management , assisting with HR tasks, and supporting basic finance functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and office organization.
  • Provide direct support to the management team by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, maintaining personnel files, and supporting recruitment activities.
  • Support basic finance tasks, including invoice preparation, petty cash handling, expense tracking, and coordination with the accounting team.
  • Handle communication with clients, contractors, and vendors professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Assist in preparing submissions for authority approvals and maintaining approval records.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
