AS Advertising, a leading signage and branding company with operations across the UAE and KSA, is looking for a Sales Coordinator/ Receptionist in Sharjah. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, production, and installation teams.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Manage sales trackers, CRM updates, and maintain accurate client records.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare presentations, and assist in proposal submissions and tenders.
- Track ongoing projects, follow up on approvals, permits, and delivery timelines.
- Support the sales team in responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
- Handle incoming calls/emails and route them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams for billing, collections, and delivery scheduling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales coordination or administrative role (signage / advertising / construction industry preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
