We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Sales Administration
- Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and documentation
- Maintain customer records and sales data
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing
- Follow up with clients on inquiries and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist, sales coordinator, or sales administrator
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the UAE
- Background in sales support or administration
