Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries professionally.
  • Manage bookings, check-ins, and general guest questions.
  • Promote VR experiences and packages to boost sales.
  • Keep the reception and lounge clean and welcoming.
  • Answer calls politely and direct them as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings.
  • Track and restock office and guest supplies.
  • Operate office equipment and manage basic filing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service with sales experience.
  • Friendly, engaging, and customer-focused.
  • Confident promoting services and upselling.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Clear phone communication and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
