- Build positive relationships with guests to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Address guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously
- Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure comfort and resolve issues
- Handle special requests (VIP guests, anniversaries, birthdays, special needs)
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, transportation, tours, and local information
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing offers
- Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and amendments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Process payments, billing, and prepare invoices
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system
Qualifications

- Experience as a Receptionist / Guest Relations Agent, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Customer-focused attitude and cultural sensitivity
- Additional foreign language is an asset (Russian and German Speaking).
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
