Role Overview
As the face of Playce, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage court bookings, handle memberships, and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome members, guests, and visitors upon arrival
- Manage Padel & Football court bookings through the club’s system (Playtomic or similar)
- Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp Business inquiries, and walk-ins efficiently
- Process new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and all payment methods
- Coordinate with coaches, F&B team, and operations staff for seamless service
- Sell day passes, guest entries, and promote upcoming events and offers
- Manage lockers, towels, equipment rental, and lost & found
- Keep the reception and lounge areas spotless and well-organized
- Assist with light admin tasks and daily reporting
- Resolve any issues or complaints professionally and quickly
Requirements
- 2+ years of receptionist / front-desk experience (hospitality, gyms, sports clubs, or hotels preferred)
- Excellent grooming and a confident, friendly personality
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a strong plus)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with booking software, MS Office, and POS systems
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Currently residing in the UAE with a valid residence visa (no visa sponsorship available)
- Passion or knowledge of Padel and/or Football is highly advantageous
