We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Receptionist / Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every child and parent who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage bookings (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and Zenoti online system).
- Coordinate staff schedules and support daily operations.
- Supervise team performance and ensure smooth salon workflow.
- Handle customer queries or concerns with tact and care.
- Maintain salon cleanliness and brand standards.
- Report to the Head of Operations and support branch-level KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception/supervisory role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy (basic computer skills and booking software).
- Must enjoy working around children and families.
- Positive, proactive, and dependable work ethic.
