We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Receptionist / Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every child and parent who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Manage bookings (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and Zenoti online system).
  • Coordinate staff schedules and support daily operations.
  • Supervise team performance and ensure smooth salon workflow.
  • Handle customer queries or concerns with tact and care.
  • Maintain salon cleanliness and brand standards.
  • Report to the Head of Operations and support branch-level KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception/supervisory role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy (basic computer skills and booking software).
  • Must enjoy working around children and families.
  • Positive, proactive, and dependable work ethic.
