Receptionist cum Secretary – Global Line Management Consultancy (Abu Dhabi, UAE)
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communication, and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and greet clients professionally
- Handling incoming calls
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Prepare letters, reports, and basic correspondence
- Assist management with secretarial tasks
- Handle administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Immediate joiners preferred
