Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier, emails, and correspondence
Administrative Support
- Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manner
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Ensure the reception area is clean, presentable, and well-organized
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative tasks
Office Coordination
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
- Support HR and operations in onboarding processes
- Prepare basic reports, memos, and letters when required
