Position Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front-desk operations while actively supporting membership sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to business growth through sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and visitors professionally and assist them with inquiries.
  • Manage front-desk operations including calls, messages, and walk-ins.
  • Promote gym memberships, packages, and services to potential clients.
  • Handle registrations, billing, and payment collections accurately.
  • Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and follow up with leads.
  • Maintain customer records and update data in the system.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support basic administrative work such as filing, reporting, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
