About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and personable individual to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist cum Personal Assistant. This role will involve a combination of front-office duties and personal assistance to our senior executive.
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assisting with office administration tasks.
Personal Assistance Duties:
- Providing administrative support to our senior executive, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling travel arrangements
- Preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports
- Running errands and handling personal tasks as required
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
