Job Description:
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
Preparing meeting and training rooms.
Office maintenance and Organising.
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Attending and respond appropriately to emails.
Provide excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments.
Perform as document control coordinator by working closely with internal stakeholders to meet the document processing procedures.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Solid written and verbal communication skill.
- Both Hindi and English Language required, Arabic advantage.
- +2 level – intermediate required.
- Only male candidates preferred.
- 0-2 years experience needed.
