Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Answer and manage phone calls to patients, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings on call.
  • Maintain and update patient records and schedules accurately
  • Coordinate with dentists and assistants to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related queries
  • Provide information about clinic services and offers
  • Manage patient feedback and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or call center agent (preferably in a dental or medical clinic)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
  • Pleasant personality with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism
