Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Welcome and register visitors, issue badges, and provide directions.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized reception area.

Administrative & Clerical Duties

  • Manage mail, deliveries, and packages (sorting, distributing, signing for).
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and maintain office records.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, and basic reports.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Office Operations & Support

  • Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, Office supplies).
  • Coordinate with maintenance for office upkeep and repairs.
  • Assist with setting up conference rooms and arranging catering for meetings.
  • Provide general support to other staff and departments as needed.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & office equipment.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-service attitude.
