Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome and register visitors, issue badges, and provide directions.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages accurately.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized reception area.
Administrative & Clerical Duties
- Manage mail, deliveries, and packages (sorting, distributing, signing for).
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain office records.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and basic reports.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Office Operations & Support
- Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, Office supplies).
- Coordinate with maintenance for office upkeep and repairs.
- Assist with setting up conference rooms and arranging catering for meetings.
- Provide general support to other staff and departments as needed.
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication (verbal & written) & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & office equipment.
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and a customer-service attitude.
