Job Summary:
The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is responsible for managing front-desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges if required
Administrative Support
- Perform general office administration and clerical duties
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Prepare letters, emails, reports, and basic documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and meeting room arrangements
- Assist HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Coordination & Support
- Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external parties
- Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ensure office cleanliness and readiness at all times
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
