We are looking for energetic female candidates with a valid residency visa to work with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls or emails as required.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and physical documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support procurement, logistics, or HR admin tasks if needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain internal databases.
- Help coordinate office supplies and stationery management.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow internal procedures.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism and reliability.
Working hours: Morning 8 AM to 5 PM. Monday to Friday
Office Location: Down Town, Near Business Bay
