We are looking for energetic female candidates with a valid residency visa to work with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and format reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls or emails as required.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and physical documents.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Support procurement, logistics, or HR admin tasks if needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain internal databases.
  • Help coordinate office supplies and stationery management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow internal procedures.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism and reliability.

Working hours: Morning 8 AM to 5 PM. Monday to Friday

Office Location: Down Town, Near Business Bay
